Stan Kosmatka, President	A TKG Success Story The company’s manufacturing division was thriving, but their repackaging arm continued to suffer a seemingly irreversible loss of earnings – in spite of aggressive attempts to apply logical internal corrections.  Eventually, The Kosmatka Group (TKG) was called to examine the negative trend and to recommend, then implement, a solution within a tight budget and time frame.  In less than a month, TKG traced the cause for the slide to the firm’s telephone sales methods and the approach of their sales reps. TKG’s remedy was to develop and test new sales scripts which allowed reps to quickly determine customer needs. Also, sales reps were trained to “paint” clear images of product solutions during their contacts, quickly moving the sales process from introduction to purchase.
